Over 35 years of professional real estate experience, Mr. Abdul Latif Abdul Rahman has successfully served clients across Karachi, Lahore, and Dubai. Today, through Blue Ribbon Properties, he continues to deliver trusted property solutions, honest advice, and long-term investment opportunities for clients in Pakistan and overseas.
The Founder & CEO, Mr. Abdul Latif Abdul Rahman, completed his graduation from the University of the Punjab, Lahore, in 1985 and earned his Master’s degree in Political Science in 1988.
In 1989, he moved to Karachi and joined Iftikhar & Company, a real estate office, where he worked until 1997. He then moved to Lahore and joined Khyber Real Estate in DHA Phase 6.
In June 1999, he moved to Dubai and established his own company, Blue Ribbon Real Estate Broker, at the Fish Roundabout, opposite Claridge Hotel, Deira. He successfully operated the business until 2009, when the global financial crisis began. He then returned to Lahore for three years before moving back to Dubai, where he continued his business until 2 December 2023, when he permanently relocated to Lahore.
In 2024, he established Blue Ribbon Properties in Lahore, where he continues to lead the company with dedication and vision, Insha’Allah.
